Losco

Losco – Sangiovese from the Maremma Toscany region is a straight sangiovese varietal that has been fermented in stainless steel without the addition of oak. The nose of this wine has the aromatics of tar and roses with a velvety finish on the palate.

Chateau Haut-Beausejour

Chateau Haut-Beausejour from Saint-Estephe in France.  The front end has the aromas of forest floors with mushrooms and cigar box.  The bouquet of the wine has the distinction of brioche baked in the morning from the maturation of French oak.  The mid palate is soft with velvety tannins with a suggestion of cassis.

Condado De Haza, Tempranillo

Condado De Haza, Tempranillo, from Ribera Del Duero in Spain.  This Crianza has a deep, dark garnet color, with purple at its core, and an aroma of Serrano ham.  The bouquet is toast and vanilla with the back end of overripe fruits of figs and blackberries.

Scholium Project – Cult winery from Los Olivos Vineyard in Suisun Valley, CA.  This full bodied and buttery Chardonnay has a touch of white flowers in the aromatics.  Palate has a medium finish
